How to permanently disconnect from Facebook?

I've registered with Facebook, but now since it turned out that Facebook sells my data I want to disconnect completely from Facebook. Deleting my account is not an option because I have a lot of playlists and I want to keep them.

How can this be done? Why there is no official customer support for Spotify?

They key words in the original question is "deleting the account is not an option because of all the curated lists". It's hard to believe that in this Spotify is simply doing a¯\_(*<*)_/¯ and telling its users in this situation to start over.
