How to start a new account when previously attached to someone else?

Was under a siblings family plan, then got accidentally deleted (profile name: Curly using my hotmail address); created a new profile still under that same sibling profile name: Isabel (can’t recall if I used my Gmail account or if under Hotmail).  The owner has since removed me from his account.  How do I open my own subscription and get profiles Isabel and Curly which are both ME under what should be my primary email hotmail account.
