I can not link my Spotify account with my ps4 account!

Hi, my problem is that I have a few days trying to log in to spotify ps4, but at the time of doing so, it tells me that my spotify account is already related to another ps4 (which is not true!) I already tried to remove the access of the applications linked to my account spotify and nothing !!!

I would appreciate if you could help me with this problem, since I am a member of Spotify Premium and I would like to enjoy the service I am paying
