I cannot cancel subscription

I got the free 30 day premium subscription and it said that it was gonna auto renew. I don't want it to do that so I googled it and it said that if you just cancel the subscription the 30 days will stay there and then at the end it won't a up renew so I wanted to just cancel the subscription. I googled how to cancel sub and it brought me to this spotify community page here and I searched the question and in the Answer thing the guy put a link down where to go in your account under subscription so I went there and it had my subscription which was premium with a green check mark but under that it said payment deatils and there is nothing there is no option to cancel subscription where it's supposedly supposed to be and there is not payment details I don't know how to cancel it?

I just followed the link shown to "cancel renewing subscriptions" on iTunes and it
Seems to have worked! I will find out on the 12th when it is set to renew 😁 maybe try that?

It has to be unlawful not having a customer service number and disabling the cancellation button!

If you remember putting your credit card details into the Spotify website, then you may have two accounts. Check your email inboxes for a confirmation email from Spotify to determine which one's linked to your Premium account.

Finally, how much are you charged each month? If you signed up via iTunes by paying within the app you will be charged 12.99 rather than 9.99. Please cancel that payment via Apple.

If you're having trouble finding your Premium account just reach out to the team via this this online form . There is an entry for My preferred contact email you can put in a different contact email information there. Just remember to reply back if it is from a noreply as this will push your message into the help queue system.

Did anyone respond to you? I am having the same problem! I dont have the cancel option, and I I don't want to get charged again on the 12th, since the service doesnt even seem to work for me.. (None of the "offline playlists" work offline) Annoying. 

Yeah the button is missing in order to cancel.... In my opinion this is stealing. We have the right to cancel as we wish.  See the button is missing!Screenshot of missing button

My daughter signed up for Spotify premium and lost the sign in information. I don't even know what username or email she used but I am still getting billed for it. I can't find a customer service number to call to find out if someone can find my username by using the credit I used so I can cancel my subcription. Please help.

When I first signed up for 99 cents trial it wouldn't let me do it thru Itunes so I did it on their website with a credit card and now I cannot cancel my premium subscription it keeps telling me incorrect password. I'm sure it's been designed this way on purpose.

That is exactly what is going on with mine! What did you do to solve the problem??

i have also found no buttonto cancel my subscription under the payment options. there is nothing there but to change payment type. Iwant to cancel my premium subscription so I can join my husbands family plan. please help!!

Mine is no longer showing premium. Its showing i do not have it any longer, I canceled in Feb and still have been being charged every month!! Also, i got a new debit card and they are still taking the money. According to my banking institution spotify has an agreement with mastercard and can take it regardless.And when I look on my receipts on here it says the last time they took money out was in Feb which is pure BS !!!! Something needs to be done I am becoming furious with this!!

Hi! I've been trying to cancel my subscription... Need help!

I think it's f*cking outrageous that I had to go home to cancel my subscription and stop Spotify taking my money through actually logging into my PS4 console account, when I have the Spotify app on several devices and log in with my email and f*cking password, you thieves. (no option to cancel even after logging in)

I won't be renewing.

I am having the same problem.  I cannot get the cancel icon to select it.  I am on a pc using Comodo Icedragon.  Am really po'd that I cannot get through to ANYONE for help!!!!!!!!!!
