I don't remember , and don't have access , to the account email

I need to deactivate the premium but i only have the username, i don't remember the password or the email. I don't really know how to do it.

Could you try finding your account using this guide? You can also check your email inboxes for any emails starting with "Spotify".

Open Spotify community on your browser and clock/tap your image... then select account then private tab
