I don't remember my email

I don't remember my email nor my password and the only thing i remember right now is my username. I want to log in and cancel spotify premium but as I don't remember anything but username I can't do it. I don't want to pay for something I don't use. What should I do?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to help you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
