I forgot my account but am still being charged for premium

I forgot my account but am still being charged for premium

I created another account (i had to use my friends to post this) quite a while back, using an email and username which i can no longer remember, which i signed up for premium on then forgot about. For the past months since i created this account i have been charged the £9.99 a month and i cannot cancel the subscription because i do not know the account which is being charged. What can i do?

Hi @jackjack18 !

 

Don't panic! If you can't acces your account, you can't cancel it, so you need to contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this anonymous contact form, you need to answer some question to confirm your identity.

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
