I have Spotify Premium but when I log in it says I only have Spotify Free

I have Spotify Premium but when I log in it says I only have Spotify Free

Hi!

 

I have had Spotify for ages and pay for it via my Vodafone bill.  Today for some reason when I log in it tells me I only have Spotify free.

I have checked with Vodafone and I am currently paying for it so I checked the online help and tried logging out and back in – no change.

I have also totally uninstalled from my device and reinstalled and still the same thing.

 

Can someone help me or direct me to a helpline there appears to be no contact number on the Spotify website!!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!


1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still premium?
2) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

 

If that doesn't work, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Thanks a mill! I've checked my subscriptions and it says Free!

I only use my Facebook login but I'll try the contact and see if they can sort me!!

So frustrating!
