I have had my account hacked, and it is still a problem

I have had my account hacked, and it is still a problem

You said that you divorced my username, from my email but when I log in with my email, it still appears to be associated with my username. I do not recognize the picture associated with my username. That is not me. Also, I am showing that I do not have premium, when I know that I do. Please help
