My Question or Issue

 

I'm trying to reset my password using https://www.spotify.com/uk/password-reset/ which seems to work, but the reset email never arrives. It's an @yahoo.co.uk email address and the Spotify account wasn't created via Facebook.

I've checked spam etc.

 

Verifying the email address so I could post here did work.

 

How do I fix this?

Could you try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window?

Hi, I tried a different browser (Edge rather than Chrome) no joy. Seems to work but no e email arrives.

In this case, I'd recommend following the steps provided in this support article > Old email address? section. From there, there will be an option to get in touch with Customer Support if you need further help.

Hi,  I ended up in a chat with customer support who changed the email on my account for me. All a bit of a mystery as the other account was receiving other emails OK. Still all sorted now. Thanks for your help
