I submitted an inquiry about something, no response and need the issue dealt with.

My issue as of currently is that I tried buying the 'student discount'. Long story short, I clicked on it about three times and it charged me for those times even though I was denied it. This is my real problem, and I really need it resolved, however, I submitted one of the inquirys through the contact form. I keep hearing about how they will come back to you in less than 24 hours or to about 24-48 hours. I just don't know because it's literally been seven days that this hasn't been resolved. If anyone here can help, this is my case information.

Again, I'm can't express how aggrivated I am at the situation and lack of support I've been given in the matter, if anyone at all can offer up help to get in contact at all with Spotify to see this get settled, that'd help move things along without me having this head ache about it.
