I think my account is comprimised

I think my account is comprimised

The other day I got an email in Spanish (instead of English).  It translated to "Set your device password".  Today I was in the middle of listening to music when some other device took control (Tae).  I took control back, it took control back.  I took control, then another device (LG-xxx) took control.  Then they must have signed me out completely.  I logged back in using my facebook.

 

So just now I tried to set a password for my device (I assume this is in addition to my facebook login...)

 

Anyway it didn't work.  I get the email to set device password, I click the link.  I then type in the password and confirm it then click set device password.  They feedback I get is "There was a problem setting your password"

 

Can you help?

This is still happening. Someone has hacked into my account some how. Is there a better way for me to contact Spotify? Perhaps a phone number or email address?
