Impossible to change country when subscription active

Impossible to change country when subscription active

Hi guys,

I think there is a failure on the site.

I currently have a premium subscription in Brazil. Then I followed all the following steps to change my country:

(section "Spotify Premium")

 

But it definitely does not work. In payment details, when I finally press on the button "Change to France", I always end up on the error page "Oh no! Something got Wrong".

 

How can I change my country? I need to transfer my subscription.

Problem solved. I cancelled my Brazilian subscription, waited a few days. Then I was able to change my country in my free account, then I opened a French subscription.
