Is it possible to share my spotify with others without me knowing?

My account got used by someone else. There was a G3 PLAY device using my spotify the other night, and someone created a playlist. My playing was interrupted several times saying G3 Play was using my spotify. Is it possible that im sharing my spotify via wifi/bluetooth etc?

Change your account password and maybe use a different email? It seems from my (inexperienced) point of view that there is a device that is affiliated with your account that can access said account via bluetooth. Changing email and password seem the best option to me.

There is an option to log out of all devices everywhere which could be helpful. It is under account on the spotify website under Account Overview if you are interested. I would also change your password just in case and maybe make it more complex than before.
