Is there any easier way to deal with customer service?

Is there any easier way to deal with customer service?

Long story short I had 2 years of prepaid service setup on my account which I dumbly messed up by trying to switch it to a family plan.  Now all I want to do is try to restore it back to its original state and I tried dealing with customer service through email and after 4 days they still have not resolved the issue.  Very frustrating.  I wish there was a phone number to call to get this resolved in a timely manner without getting the runaround.

Hello, unforunately Spotify doesn't have a Customer Support number. I will escalate this to the staff but please check your Junk, Spam or Trash email folders.

I thought a little information on the Premium for Family which was known as Spotify Family plan.

I'm already on a Premium subscription. What happens to my billing when I become a Premium for Family admin user?

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time that you've already paid for will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription, so this can bring your next payment date forward. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.

Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you will need to contact that company to cancel before signing up to Premium for Family. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.

 

How far forward did your renewal date for billing date due was brought forward, when you changed from Premium to Premium for Family? Just thought some information might help here to ease concerns, you still have Premium just your next due date was brought forward some.

 

Man 2 years in advanced for Premium, did you buy 2 - 1 year Premium subscriptions when the yearly Premium was being offered?
