KPN Spotify

Hello,

 

KPN already did send my information to you twice, and I still haven't got a code or account yet.

I did not receive anything yet at all from Spotify.

They told me it should have been 10 working days, but we are already a month ahead and I still haven't got any code!

I have had numerous phone calls with KPN and they did resend my information again, but this is getting pretty anoying.

So they advised me to get to this forum and ask for help over here, since there is no phone number to call.

 

When can I expect my code?

As far as I am aware, you activiation codes from KPN not Spotify. 

 

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello Peter,

 

KPN is telling me that they did sent my info twice to Spotify. I guess Spotify is the compagny or party that has to provide me the Premium code, nog KPN.

 

I have done as you told me and replied to the automatic email as well. If this is going to take another month I am pretty disappointed at the service of BOTH providers/companies.

got same problem i registerd my code but my spotify was linked with facebook... created new accaunt but again no new working code... First i needed to wait 4 work days with spotify settings off, oke done nothing happend, called again wait again and totay stil nothing wtf ?

should i ask spotify for a code or someting ?
