Make sure that your Premium Account is the one being used (sign out and back in if it's not). To get the playlist working offline there's a button below the playlist title that says 'Availible Offline'. Click that.

Just open Spotify and you should be able to play it like you normally would.
If you want multiple playlists to be avalible offline, you need to click the button for each playlist. Is that what you were wondering?
Oh! Unfortunately you can't make individual song avalible offline, so what I do is make a playlist for all my random songs I want offline and turn that playlist on.
