Need Help with Family Plan

Hi, Me and all of my family has already an existing Spotify account. We would like to upgrade to Family Plan, what should I do next once I bought the plan? Thank you and any help would be appreciated.

I cant log in with facebook

When i try to log in with my facebook account it says that the username or password is incorrecto, but i put it correctly , it always says error... Its not fair because i paid premium account , and i cant log in , not even in the page of spotify
