Keep getting kicked off

I keep getting kicked off with it telling me someone else has logged into my account.  I'm the only person with my account information.  A while ago all my playlists disappeared but now they're back.  Also 95% of my starred items disappeared but those never came back.

To be on the safe side (and since this error will only occur if someone or something attempts to open another stream using your login details) I would suggest you change your Spotify/Facebook password asap and then post on this topic asking for a forced logout, that way you can be 100% sure no one else is using your account.
