My Question or Issue

Hi - am running a free version of Spotify (which is awesome, BTW) that worked fine until yesterday. It did a Windows update last night, and now won't let me access the app.  I tried rebooting my machine several times - no luck.  I uinstalled and reinstalled the app several times - no luck.  I even created and verified a new account - still nothing.

When I try to log on, I get a firewall issue (Error 37) despite the fact that nothing has changed in the firewall since ysterday (I've talked to our system admin - no issues.  Plus I've been able to use my android phone to listen to Spotify through the same network).  I updated proxy setting and tried to get in manually - this time I got error message 50 (still stating firewall issue).  Tried downloading and opening both the Installer and the setup exe files - no luck.

Can anyone advise, please?  Like I said, the only thing that's changed since yesterday is a Windows update.  Our admins aren't blocking access to Spotify through the firewall, and I'm able to get a veriosn running through the same network on my phone.  I prefer using the laptop version - so any help you can offer would be great.  Thanks in advance

Weirdly now working, despite nothing having changed - not sure if you've done something your end or not, but now back on the app.

I'm glad it's working fine now! Make sure to let us know if the problem returns. 😉 I'll be happy to help 🙂
