My Question or Issue

So I tried logging in with my email on my laptop and my phone, however, it said that there was an error. I guessed that I couldn't remember my password, so I reset a new one and tried logging back in but it still came up with an error plus the proxy setting thing. When I tried it with a different email it worked on my laptop but not on my phone.

I've checked my firewall and there was nothing wrong there ... I've tried to search for solutions but nothing seems to work ... help would be appreciated!!!!

Hope your doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
