Logging in and subscriptions

So basically I made a new account to access the forum so I can get help. I used to have a premium account till I had to renew my subscription. So then I got logged out and I've been trying every way possible to log back on so I can update me subscription and have premium. I tryed resetting it did not get the email. I'm also connected through Facebook and I've tryed plenty of times trying to log on through their. Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
