Logging in on my new phone

I got a new phone the other day so downloaded Spotify and logged in with my email address and password but it comes up saying my account doesn’t have a password and I can only log in through Facebook. However if I log in through Facebook it’s a different account as none of my playlists or music or subscription is on there...
