Logging in via Facebook with my userdata, seeing account of someone else

I have a rather odd and, it seemt to me, serious security problem: A Facebook-friend sent me a Spotify playlist as a link. I followed the link, and it sent me to the spotify homepage where I had to log in. As I registered via Facebook, I simply clicked "Login via Facebook". 

I was then taken to what at first appeared to be my Spotify account page, as I recognized my profile picture in the top right corner. But the username next to it was not mine. When I clicked on the account overview tab, I realized that I was in someone else's profile. It was a person I know, but am not friends with on Facebook.

I tried logging out and in again, deleting all cookies, restarting... all to no avail. I keep logging in as someone else. To my knowledge, this person has never used my Spotify account or even my computer. I can still use the Spotify App, but I don't think that this is normal at all. Something seems to be very much off. I was only able to write in this forum with my account because I clicked on the "Spotify Community" field in the "help" tab in the Spotify Desktop App.

Can you tell me and hopefully fix what's going on here?
