Managing Artist Account

I went through CD Baby to get my music on Spotify, so I'm not sure if this means I have an artist account made for me by CD Baby since my music is now on there and how I would go about logging in and managing it. Also, would there be a way to merge my artist account that CD Baby would have made for me with my pre-exisiting, non-artist account?

This is the EXACT question that I am wondering because the forums do not specially answer the question. So did CD Baby create an artist account for you?

By the way, I do believe I have read a way to merge an artist account and a personal account.

Any news regarding this matter? That pdf link is broken. I also submitted my music thru CD Baby and was wondering of they create the artist account for you.

There's also a whole section about how you can manage your artist profile. This includes info on how to edit your profile and how to get your page verified. You can verify your profile by registering with Spotify for Artists.

What if my personal Spotify account doesn't have the same username as my music releases? Does that affect the verification process?

Now that my album is on Spotify (Tigerrosa is the artist name), there is a user profile by the same name that I did not create and have no access to.

Any further info on the verification process would be good to have, even if it's just to set some expectations about how long it takes, etc.
