Logging in....

I just reset my password because it was telling me that my password or username was incorrect. It told me my username and reset my password. I know I'm entering everything correctly but it still tells me that my username or password is incorrect! Help please!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

First, we'd recommend checking the steps in this support site article to help you reaccess your account. 

Keep in mind that if your account's username is made of random numbers and letters, you'll need to log in using your account's email address instead. If you're trying to log in using your displayed name instead, it would explain why you're having troubles logging in as it's not possible to log in with it.

On another note, does this occur on a particular device? If so, we'd suggest trying to log in from a different device or our Web Player. If you can log in with no issues on another device, try a quick reinstall of the app on that first device.
