spotify  hasn’t sent me the email for the password change, i hard already write 3 Times on the client service, i’m verY disappointed For this problem

Hey @Meicomastaue, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If the password reset submitted successfully, but you can’t find the email:  

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Check any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).

Also, let me know if you have access to the email address on the Spotify account.

No one email by spotify, no one, i’m desperate, i tried from 20 pm and now are 3:50 am and no one mail from spotify

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. Explain what you need help with in some more detail and Spotify will get back to you shortly.

 

You can also get in touch with Spotify through social channels, such as Facebook and Twitter.
