Login unsucessful

I always leave my Spotify on my laptop logged in and for some reason when I went to open it this morning it has logged me out and is not accepting my Facebook login(which is linked up) or my username or email login. I have moved country in the last 2 weeks so this may be an issue but I can't even get in to change my location. Is there a way someone can reset my details so I can log back in with my email and then connect it with my facebook or do I need to start from scratch again? Thanks  😞
