Losing access to Facebook-created account

Hi folks, 

I have two Spotify accounts. The first one is a Facebook-created account that contains most of my music and the second is an email-created account. For a few years, I was able to access both separately, though I usually just used the FB account. As of today, I can only access the second one regardless of how I log in (via FB or email). In other words, I've totally lost access to the original Facebook account, which is still visible in Spotify. Has anybody ran into this before? Have I lost my private playlists in the FB account?

Have you made any changes on your Facebook account or privacy settings linking the two ?

Start by following the relevant steps provided on this support page to try and troubleshoot your log in issue.
