Lost account details

Unfortunately I made a spotify account a while ago (few years now) and I thought that I don't need to remember the details (because it was free) and I accidentally switched phones, forgetting about this account. Is there a way to search for it without knowing the username? Here is what I don't know that would be easy to recognize:

Username.

Email address.

Here is what I do know for sure:

Password.

2/2 album names with a few examples of songs in each album.

Devices that used the account before I forgot the details.

So I suppose my question is really about searching for an account through albums. Unfortunately my album names are generic and there's a million albums named "random" and "music" and i will not be able to find mine. Is it possible to search for albums with specific songs in them?

Thanks.

Hey @Rocker00922,

You can reach out to Support to see if they're able to locate your account, but it's not guaranteed that they will be able to. 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I talked with a specialist from spotify, but they were unable to assist me because I didn't have the details that they could use to locate my account. Pretty much the only details I have about the account are the password and some memory of the contents of the playlists.

Thanks for letting me know.

In that case, there's not much you can do then.

Sorry!
