Lost some months of my 6 months subscription with gift card

Lost some months of my 6 months subscription with gift card

I bought a gift card for Spotify, a month or two ago, and now when I check my subscription on my profile, it says I only got one more month left, how can I have lost that many? I just canceled my subscription so I don't buy on auto with my card, but I checked and that shouldn't have any influence on the premium that's already bought. Pls help

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
