Mi cuenta aparece con números y letras.

Tengo un problema y es que ya llevo varios días que mi cuenta aparece con solo números y letras. Estoy registrada con facebook y he probado a cerrar sesión y a volver a entrar pero nada se soluciona y ya he mirada todo lo referido a datos y todo pero nada.
