Multiple accounts, one is premium, cannot remember which one and cannot find it and wish to cancel!

Help! My phone rebooted and I lost all my information! I had set up a few spotify accounts as I made the mistake of linking them to facebook before.

But when my phone rebooted I lost all my apps included spotify. I couldn't remember what account I had logged on the app on my phone, but I do remember I have just signed up for premium.

I want  to cancel it but don't know how. I have been able to sign into two of my spotify accounts and they both say they are not on premium.

I want to cancel all spotify charges to my card.

Really sorry to hear that you are having some issues with Spotify.  Please check your e-mail's for a receipt from Spotify. It should tell you some information to help you.

Otherwise you could contact support via this form. If you use this form, please make sure that you're logged out of any Spotify account otherwise the system will be confused and assume you seek help with the account you are logged in. Reply to their "no-reply" email for a faster response.

If all else fails, I would contact your bank and they should be able to remove the direct debt.
