Music will download and stream on my Android phone but won't play offline????

I am in the middle of my 30 day free trial and pretty much everything works great EXCEPT I have music downloaded to my Android phone and when i go offline it tells me the subscription for offline has expired. My trial isn't up till the end of December. Offline has never worked on my phone but everything else does. And being able to listen to my music offline is the main reason i want spotify. I like the service and don't really want to go back to Rhapsody..HELP!!

Have you tried clean re-install of app?

Hey everybody, put your hands in the air. Summer is coming, you can feel it everywhere. Sun is shining for everyone, I can wait till summer has begun!
