My Account was Hacked!!!

I have been trying to get help all day but so far no help and this is awful. Someone changed my spotify account details so now I cant login. My username for the account was : kristinat62 and I am currently connected to my fb account which is seprate. I followed the intructions filling out the help form which directed me here. My case # is : # 03292312 Please someone help. I lost so much music and I've had that acocunt for 2 years...

Hello I just wanted to confirm this but I also got another email which
requested my most recent spotify premium reciept as well as the type of
payment method etc.
I havent gotten any replies back so Im checking in as well as confirming
that previously I had spyware on my computer which is thankfully gone.

Well actually I managed to get my account back thanks to the community. I
have taken extra measures to assure my account can not be changed again
