My account has someone elses account linked

My account has someone elses account linked

Awhile back I was hacked, and a kid in BFE got my account. It won't let me remove it, and I cant connect my own. I've tried contacting spotify before about this issue and there was nothing they could do apparently. Hopefully someone can help me now. It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have experienced with your last contact with the Spotify Cares team.

 

Could you re-contact the Spotify Team as they should be able to help you! If you could try it for me and if you get no help drop a reply on thread I'll be happy to get it escalated 🙂

Wow, we'll now I can't listen to music. I've had the account since 2014, and they are investigating. All I want is the facebook account that's linked to it, REMOVED. I'm about to just use another app, it's fustrating me for the longest I couldn't take the facebook account off. And now they pause my account to investigate. The support system needs to be live, so the situation can be explained, and verified live so I don't have to wait forever for an outcome.

After locking my account and removing payment method, "removing the account that's connected". The account is still connected, and all of my time was used for nothing. I don't think I want to use this app anymore, customer service is terrible. Thanks for nothing spotify, ethan thanks for your concern.

I've spoken to a moderator and I've also escalated your case with the Support team someone in the Cares team should respond to your email soon but this may take up to 48hrs (Usually Quicker).

 

 

Your email which you sent earlier has been received is currently being assigned to a agent for this to be investigated.
