Right now, it isn't possible to change your username, and you can learn more about this here.

Also, you don't need your username to login. All you need is your email and password. If you're having issues logging in, please let me know.

I didn't remember inserting my email address in that account. And i did
check all emails i had to make sure. And yeah, i didn't have any
notifications about Spotify.
