My ex changed my password

So my ex changed the password on my Spotify (I changed the password after we broke up but I guess it was a little too easy) and I really don’t want to go through the whole process of making a new one and getting all the same music because that would take forever. It is also a premium account connected to my parents credit card and I want to see if there is a solution before telling them that my ex has their credit card info and whatnot.

When trying to log in, click "forgot your password" and it should send an email to the email you used to create the account (hopefully you have access to the email used).  If your dont remeber what email you used you can type in your username instead and it should send an email to the email adress linked to the the account. It will email you a link to reset your password.
