My ghost premium account

Hello,

 

I have got a little bit a weird problem. I call it a ghost premium account because I have not paid for a premium account, I haven't clicked on any banner or anything and from one moment to the other I have a premium account. As on my mobile phone as on my laptop. I did have a free premium account a couple months ago, forgot to cancel it once, then cancelled it in september, Spotify has not taken any money from me since then. How can I set this right because it does not feel fair to other paying premium users and I do not want to get charged. So if anyone could help me or tell me how to get in touch with spotify themselves I would really appreciate that.

Well I think spotify saw his mistake because it has resolved itself but
thank you for the receipt tip. 😄

Hello!
That sounds really weird. But you are cool for telling us your story 😉 I agree with you that you are scared Spotify will charge you, so let's have a look at it. What does it say in your receipts?
