My premium subscription expired but why?

A month ago I purchesed a gift code for 3 month and I used it in my account but today I realized that my premium subscription is gone and I need to know why.

Are you sure that the gift code contained 3 months of premium ?

Keep in mind gift cards are not eligible for discounts.

Or maybe you just got this issue.
