NUS Discount Not Working

Hi there, just got a new NUS card and i'm trying to sign up and get the 50% discount. However when I click the link to do this it lets me put my card number in and my date of birth and I click submit and nothing happens. The page just refreshes itself every time I click submit. 

Can somebody help me to sort this issue?
