Need a refund

I was looking at the student discount, then I added my debit card and everything but didn't submit anything because it asked for my documentation which I didn't have on my phone, so when I checked my back account Spotify had already charged me and I never submitted anything so I don't have premium either way. I just got taken away my money for no reason.

How much has been taken?

Spotify can do a "test charge" to see if the card is valid, it'll be refunded to you automatically.

$4.99 was taken out. I need my refund!

You can always keep track of your account status here. If the payment shows as pending/pre-auth on your bank statement, maybe this link would help.

It doesn't say pending. My bank account shows its already been charged
