Need an old email address released that is associated with an old facebook account.

I have tried using the contact form for this but to no avail. Is there any way this can be done? The FAQ says it can but I haven't had any help yet.

if you haven't received a respond yet, you can just respond to the no-reply email (even it's a no-reply). This will make the process faster and you will get an answer soon.

It's been a week and still no email. Unless they sent it to the email address that I had associated with this account before I saved it, I haven't recieved a word from them. Is it so much to ask to just get the old email released so I can make a new account? 😞
