Tengo plan familia, y desde hace mucho uso premiun, y ahora me dice que la tarjeta con la que pago no funciona, y e registrado 5 tarjetas de credito Visa/MasterCard y NADA, dice que hubo un error.. que paso?? ayuda por favor

También tengo el mismo problema.. he pasado 2 Mastercard, una Amex, una VISA y ninguna me permite corregir el error.
Todas la tarjetas están habilitadas, vigentes y cumplen con los requisitos... Es un problema de Spotify no del banco pues ya llamé y ellos están OK.
Qué más podemos hacer?

Yo también tengo el mismo problema. Mi tarjeta funciona muy bien, tiene crédito y no tengo deuda pendiente. Me pide actualizar los datos de mi tarjeta pero me parece sospechoso.
Alguna solución?
Tengo el mismo problema, con mastercard nunca hay inconvientes pero con visa sí, tiene US 2000 de saldo disponible. Necesito que corrijan esto.

If you're having difficulties paying for Premium, we suggest checking out this support page for tips and tricks how to get your subscription running again.
We'd also recommend trying an incognito or private window, preferably on a desktop device, when you enter your payment details again.
In case that doesn't work either, we suggest to get in touch with your payment provider or try a different payment method.
