Not able to change country in account settings / payment details using GIFTCARD

At my account it says NORWAY as location / country, but I have bought a gift card in ireland when I moved here. 

When going in to the "change payment details" and trying to change country, and then using the Irish gift card to upgrade to premium, it wont allow me. It neither does allow me to change the country at "account details" - default is Norway, and that is the only choice. 

When choosing "change country - ireland - save" Then going back to "redeem your code" it says " This code is not valid for this country"

I have tried in several browsers, iPad, iPhone, and in incognito modus etc etc etc.

Hey there!

When you created yoru account, did you do so with Facebook? If so, you need to update your Facebook location.

No, I did not create the account with facebook - and if that was affecting it, my facebook location is already on Ireland.
