Oops! Something went wrong, please try again. error when trying to get to the redeem page

I received a gift card and I was trying to redeem it but I seem to be getting this error whenever I tried to click the open your gift button. So I also tried to just manually add the redeem code but the problem is I can't even get to the redeem page. I'm always getting that error.

• have you tried accessing the request from a different browser and device?
• i'd suggest a fresh re-install of the app

Yes. I've tried other browsers and nothing seems to work. 
Regarding on the re-installing the app, I'm not sure how it's gonna help since redeem is only available on the website right?

@vinachaider okay sure, i'd suggest then contacting the support team (if you get a response suggesting you come to the community respond to that saying that you have).
