13599711_10206890168515713_315204836_n.png13608293_10206890168595715_1166103898_n.jpg13617487_10206890350760269_107159805_n.png13617603_10206890168555714_1229911007_n.pngMi cuenta con spotify premium expiró, en cuanto pude actualice mi pago con mi tarjeta de credito, sin embargo spotify me informó que había un problema con mi tarjeta, sin embargo màs tarde a mi correo y celular, llegaron notificacion de mi banco de que se habia realizado el pago en las 3 ocasiones que lo intente, sin obtener exito, debido a que mi cuenta en spotify sigue inactiva. busco el reembolso de 2 de los 3 pagos y mi cuenta spotify premium, o bien estar excento del pago los proximos 3 meses y mi cuenta spotify premium por los 3 meses.

 

My spotify account premium expired, so I update my form of pay with my credit card, but spotify deny, telling me that my credit card has a problem, but few minutes later my bank send me emails and messages at my cellphone notifying me that my pay has been approved in the three times I tried, so i don't have already my spotify premium, even when the pay has already been done. I want the refund of 2 of my pays, whit my spotify premium account, or be exempt from payment for 3 months and my spotify premium account for the 3 months.
