PS4 not linking

I have logged out every possible device that has my spotify account linked to it, but for some reason my ps4 still claims that my account is still linked to another one. How can I resolve this? I have hit the log out everywhere button a million times so please don't suggest that.

Hey @user-removed! Thanks for writing.

Since Spotify accounts are connected to the PSN ones (and not the other way around), there is no way to disconnect them from Spotify's end. In this case, we suggest you reach out to PlayStation support in order to have those accounts unlinked. Once that's done, you'll be able to properly connect the ones you want.

I appreciate your response, but I reached out playstation support and they said that there was no spotify account currently linked to my playstation account. They said they were unable to disconnect my spotify account from another playstation account and that it would be up to you guys. I have the transcript from the chat.
