So I saw a advertisement on the desktop software on spotify for 3 months for the price of 1. £10.00.
When I purchased premium I checked my account only to see my subscription runs out next month?
Like what?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @ephelos and @Pepé. It sounds like you both may not have qualified for the promotional offer that was advertised. There are currently two promotions available:
1) 3 months for $0.99 for users that have not previously had a premium subscription. If you've ever had anything above the free, seven day trial previously then you would be disqualified from this offer.
2) The second offer is also 3 months for $0.99 and is for users that have had premium previously, unsubscribed before April 19th and not had premium since.
Unfortunately the terms of these offers aren't incredibly obvious when you go to claim them. If you still feel that you qualify for these offers then you'll want to reach out to support so that they may investigate the matter and sort it out as best as they can. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
In regards to the contact form, upon filling it out you should receive a confirmation email, usually a generic message containing the information you provided and instructions to visit these forums. If after 24 hours you do not hear back from a support team member, please reply directly back to the confirmation email, even if it originates from a no-reply address. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not present there, please attempt using one of the other contact methods, or, if you are unable to use the alternatives, please let me know.
Same problem here 😞
I bought Spotify premium especially cause of that 3 months action... 😞

Not working for Spotify I cannot give you any definite answer, but I would venture that the answer will most likely be a "no." Not having seen the specific ad you're referring to I cannot state absolutely, but I know that the online ad, for example, has a disclaimer right under the button to subscribe that states that users who have had premium do not qualify. I entirely understand your frustration here, but there's really not anything that can be done in this case.
hi.! i have same problem, just want to ask if how did spotify handled your problem? was it solved? thank you.
