Paid for the wrong account

Paid for the wrong account

Both me and my sister have a spotify account. I was upgrading mine to premium and when the transaction was over I found out that the logged account was my sister's and I had paid for a month of premium to hers.She lready is a premium customer and had already paid for the month. Is there a way for me to transfer the money to my account?

It could possibly be done with a bit of work, it would be a lot easier to get $9.99 from your sister and pay for your account.
You would need to contact customer service wait for a email that says check the knowledge base no reply, then reply anyway and someone will email you back in 48 hours. Then discuss it with them. Normal policy is no refunds but they may adjust it for you.
